A simple overview of payment, scope, responsibilities and how the engagement works.
01 Payment & commencement +
A 50% advance payment is required before the monthly engagement begins. The remaining 50% is due after 15 days. Work starts once the advance payment and required website, analytics and platform access have been received.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the same 50 / 50 payment structure applies to each monthly service period.
02 Scope & deliverables +
Deliverables are based on the selected package and agreed proposal. Work outside the stated package may require a separate quotation and written approval.
03 Client access & cooperation +
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals and authorized access to the website, analytics, Google Business Profile and other required platforms. Delays can affect campaign timelines and deliverables.
04 SEO, AEO & GEO limitations +
SEO, AEO and GEO work uses established optimization practices. Google and other search or AI platforms control their own algorithms and systems.
Specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, AI citations or revenue cannot be guaranteed.
05 Third-party costs +
Domain, hosting, premium plugins, paid SEO tools, advertising budgets, paid directories, software subscriptions and other third-party charges are separate unless specifically included in the written proposal.
06 Late payment & service pause +
If a payment remains overdue, work may be paused until the outstanding amount is cleared. Any resulting delay may affect campaign execution, publishing and reporting.
07 Cancellation & refunds +
Cancellation requests should be made in writing. Payments for work already performed, committed third-party costs and completed deliverables are generally non-refundable, subject to the final proposal or service agreement.
08 Written agreement takes priority +
These website terms are a general summary. The final proposal, quotation, invoice or service agreement will define the specific scope, payment schedule, timelines and commercial terms.
